Youth Council
The youth council creates, plans, advertises, and facilitates youth ministry activities for the parish. The junior high and high school youth councils will meet once a month.
High School meets on Wednesday, May 9th from 7-8:30 p.m. Junior High meets on Tuesday, May 8th from 7-8:30 p.m.

New Orleans Mission Trip Chaperone Meeting
AWe are having a meeting for all New Orleans mission trip chaperones on Monday, June 2nd from 7-8 p.m. in the parish office.

Special Night Out
SBack by popular demand, Saint Lawrence is sponsoring Special Night Out! Special Night Out is a community outreach social event for adults with developmental disabilities. This event will take place the evening of Tuesday June 10th at the Knights of Columbus at 71st and Keystone! We need many volunteers to make this event successful. Look for more details to come.

Trippin' Service and Fellowship Day Camp!
Calling all incoming 7th and 8th graders! Back by popular demand…Trippin’! Trippin’ is a day camp where we take different “trips” each day to service and fellowship destinations. In the morning we do service with Saint Vincent DePaul, Lucius Newsome, etc. In the afternoon we go swimming, BBQ ing, bowling, etc. Trippin’ runs from July 14th through the 18th. The cost is $80.00. Confirmation Small Group Leader MeetingOur next meeting will be on Thursday, June 3rd from 7-8:00 p.m. We will be planning the July retreat. See you then!

Mission Trip Student Meeting
There will be a mission trip meeting for students on Wednesday, April 30th from 7-8:30 p.m. in the school. Total trip fee is due. This is a mandatory meeting. If a team member misses this meeting, he/she must reschedule with me.

High School Summer Mission Trips!
We are headed to New York City and New Orleans this summer on mission trips! New Orleans, Louisiana: June 14th through June 21st Brooklyn, New York: July 26th through August 3rd. Students currently in grades 9-12 are invited. A $100.00 deposit will guarantee your spot. Spots are limited. Contact me if you are interested in the trip. We are currently sold out, but we are taking names or a waiting list on a first come, first served basis!

Holiday World
All incoming 6th-12th grade students are invited to go with Saint Lawrence and the rest of the North Deanery to Holiday World on July 2nd! This fun-filled event is a perfect opportunity for Archdiocesan teens to get out of the house for a day of thrills, chills, and spills. Holiday World is full of rides, games, and all the water fun of Splashin' Safari. The cost is $60.00. Forms and payment are due Tuesday, June 3rd! Sign up! |
King's Island
All incoming 7th through 12th grade students are invited to go with Saint Lawrence and the rest of the North Deanery to King's Island on July 30th! Forms and payment are due Wednesday, June 25th. Forms will go home soon. $65.00 includes park ticket and transportation. Sign up today! |

Recycle Ink Jet Cartridges and Help St. Lawrence Youth Group
Don’t throw away that empty ink jet printer cartridge. BRING IT TO CHURCH! We’re collecting ink jet cartridges as a fund-raiser for Youth Ministry and SMRE. The next time you change your printer cartridge, drop the old one into the collection box outside the Religious Goods Store. |
Speedway Service Hours
Need service hours? Do you need to fundraise for a mission trip? Adults and students are welcome! Come join us at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway! We will be working there on Monday May 26th. Sign up today. We really need your help! We want to get 50 volunteers! These service days dramatically cut the cost of our youth ministry trips for the students. The date is Monday, June 16th.
