To Friends of St. Lawrence:
For decades, the St. Lawrence Family has gathered, worshiped, learned and played in the spirit of Christian unity, involving many community partners and businesses. At St. Lawrence we are committed to our mission "to embrace all people with love and understanding" and "to strengthen and share our faith" with our surrounding community. St. Lawrence is excited to open our Parish grounds to the community for three days of family-friendly activities including amusement rides, children's games, live music, dancing, food, gaming, beer garden, and more during the weekend of September 16, 17, and 18.
We are currently seeking sponsors and underwriters for the 2011 St. Lawrence Community Fall Festival. We are reaching out to you in hopes that you will lend your company's name in support of the Event. In 2009, the Festival attracted 5,000 visitors to our campus for fun, fellowship, and community. We increased attendance to over 10,000 visitors in 2010 with the outstanding support and generosity of our sponsors. By supporting the 2011 St. Lawrence Community Fall Festival, you will become an essential component of its success, thereby enriching the fellowship within our community and enabling us to further the mission of St. Lawrence Parish.
Many different levels of sponsorship are available for your consideration and are outlined on the following page. Joining our Festival as a sponsor could meet both charitable and marketing opportunities for your organization. In exchange for your sponsorship, your company's name will be prominently displayed throughout the Festival and, depending on the level of sponsorship chosen, in advertising and promotional materials as well. Should you not see a sponsorship level which meets your company's needs, we are also open to unique, in-kind, or trade opportunities. Please take a look at the sponsorship opportunities available and note that all contributions to St. Lawrence are tax deductible!
We appreciate your consideration and hope that you will find the 2011 St. Lawrence Community Fall Festival a worthy outlet for your charitable and marketing dollars. In return, you can expect plenty of visibility at an Event that promises, once again, to be a widely attended Festival weekend. We will follow up very soon, but should you have any questions regarding sponsorship, please do not hesitate to contact us (see Sponsor Form for contact information).
God bless you.
Sincerely,
The St. Lawrence 2011 Fall Festival Committee
