Will be available in the church for the month of November for you to enter the names of your loved ones.

EARLY BULLETIN DEADLINE

Items for the November 26 bulletin are due on Wednesday, November 15, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

MEN’S ADORATION GROUP

The St. Lawrence Men’s Adoration Group meets the third Sunday of every month from 9 to 10pm in the chapel.

Please join us for an hour of silent prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament. We will meet next on Sunday, November 19

ST. JOSEPH MISSALS

St. Joseph Annual Missals will be available again this year for $2 each. Keep listening to the announcements at Mass.

ANNUAL FOOD COLLECTION

During the month of November, baskets will be provided in the narthex for your donation of non-perishable food. Items especially needed are pork & beans, peanut butter, jelly, rice, soups, spaghetti & sauce, fruit, tuna & canned meats. This collection also helps to stock our St. Vincent de Paul food pantry in Fr. Conen Hall to serve the needy in the Saint Lawrence area during the coming year. If you would like to donate a Thanksgiving turkey or make a monetary donation, please call Rita Huck at (317) 849-1929. Thank you for all donations.

SUPPLIES NEEDED NATIVITY DISPLAY

Our Sunday Morning Religious Education and School children will have a nativity display in the narthex this Christmas. Donations of small white LED Christmas lights, brown and green Spanish Moss (for crafts) and animal figurines are needed. Please drop them off in the narthex or at the Parish Office.

ST. LAWRENCE SCHOOL BOOK FAIR

St. Lawrence School’s Library will host its annual Scholastic BOOK FAIR November 30–December 4. Parishioners and the general public are invited and encouraged to attend! This is a great opportunity to do some Christmas shopping for books for your children, grandchildren, or other special person. Scholastic Books supplies a “store” of new books and supplies. 

 

Proceeds (50% of total sales) will be used this year to purchase new classroom and Library/Media resources. The fair will be held in the school Library/Media Center and will be open for sales as follows:

 

Thursday, November 30 7:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Friday, December 1 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m
Sunday, December 3 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Monday, December 4 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. ONLY

 

Please note the SUNDAY hours - Stop in to shop before or after mass and avoid the mall crowds!


Cash, checks, charge cards or debit cards will be accepted. Please enter the school building by the main entrance (Entrance #1) during school hours and by the playground doors (Entrance #5) after school hours. Thanks for your support!
